Frédéric Alberro

Passionate about Quebec’s economic development, he has more than 25 years of experience in business support, governance of industrial associations as well as business, politics and public relations.
Former economic advisor to two prime ministers of Quebec, Mr. Alberro notably participated in the development and monitoring of policies and strategies for the development of a knowledge economy and an innovative Quebec in collaboration with the driving forces of Quebec .
He was also an advisor and executive to the government of Quebec, including at the Quebec Delegation in Boston, at the Ministry of Executive Council and at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Science and Technology. Supporting businesses in their growth and marketing projects as well as the promotion and influence of innovative Quebec sectors here and abroad were at the heart of his various functions. Frédéric was also Director of Media Relations and spokesperson for the Financial Markets Authority.
Drawing on his experience within the Quebec government, Mr. Alberro then worked for nearly 15 years as head of the Quebec chapters of three major Canadian industrial associations, including for the life sciences sector.
Just before joining ADRIQ, Frédéric was Senior Director within the consulting firm TACT and as such offered strategic support to various organizations for public affairs and government relations issues.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the School of Management Sciences at UQAM and completed a certificate in international business from the same institution. He also has a Master’s degree in international business from the Sophia-Antipolis Business School (Nice, France).
